Test failure: t/apache-include-opt.conf missing

The new test references t/apache-include-opt.conf but this file is not included in the tarball: make -j1 test TEST_VERBOSE=1 make[1]: Entering directory '/build/libconfig-general-perl-2.59' PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1 /usr/bin/perl "-MExtUtils::Command::MM" "-MTest::Harness" "-e" "undef *Test::Harness::Switches; test_harness(1, 'blib/lib', 'blib/arch')" t/*.t Config::General The file "t/apache-include-opt.conf" does not exist! at t/run.t line 467.
