Hi,
I think I have run into a bug in GPSBabel 1.5.2 on Windows 7.
When converting from GPX to Universal CSV, some of the timestamps are cluttered.
Timestamp in GPX file: 2015-10-12T06:58:07.059Z
Timestamp in CSV file: 06:58:07.59
It seems like the leading zero (for milliseconds) just disappear.
