Subject: Distribution name does not match any module therein
CPAN conventions state that the distribution name should match the "main module" in the distribution. There is no HTML::Format module in this distribution; the distribution should be renamed 'HTML-Formatter' to match the base class.

Probably too late now, for a distribution created in 1999 (or earlier). Anyway, HTML::Formatter is the least interesting thing in the distribution --- the HTML::Format* modules are the interesting ones ;-)

This is an ancient distribution that I took on as it was unmaintained, however I am generally doing minimal maintenance on it... I am not sure what side effects there would be from changing the distribution name - I would prefer to take the path of least surprise. However I also see that, presumably due to some change within PAUSE, I no longer can release this distribution as I do not have permissions to HTML-Format Will take this up with the gentlemen of PAUSE

Distribution name has been changed to HTML-Formatter. Have requested this RT queue is shuffled across too...
