Subject: lib/IPDevice/IPv4.pm: translation of German comments into English
Date: Wed, 23 Sep 2015 10:12:19 +0200
To: bug-IPDevice [...] rt.cpan.org
From: Andreas Boesen <boesen [...] belwue.de>
Hi, although I can read German, I am not sure if everyone else can. Therefore I attached a patch in the hope that it might be useful and the translation is accurate. Output of `make test` (after the change) is: <snip> PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1 "/usr/bin/perl" "-MExtUtils::Command::MM" "-MTest::Harness" "-e" "undef *Test::Harness::Switches; test_harness(0, 'blib/lib', 'blib/arch')" t/*.t t/00_init.t .. ok All tests successful. Files=1, Tests=1, 0 wallclock secs ( 0.02 usr 0.00 sys + 0.01 cusr 0.00 csys = 0.03 CPU) Result: PASS </snap> Distribution name and version: --> IPDevice-0.04.tar.gz Perl version: --> `perl -v | head -n 2 | tail -n 1`: This is perl 5, version 22, subversion 0 (v5.22.0) built for x86_64-linux-thread-multi Operating System vendor and version: --> Linux MyHostname 4.1.6-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Aug 17 08:52:28 CEST 2015 x86_64 GNU/Linux When I downloaded "IPDevice-0.04.tar.gz"[1] the "lib/IPDevice/IPv4.pm" was encoded in latin1 (ISO-8859 text) (according to the `file` utility on my system). The attached IPv4.pm.diff file is therefore also encoded in latin1.
