Subject: kwalitee test forked?
This file: https://metacpan.org/source/PDURDEN/Tk-MenuDialog-0.02/t/release-kwalitee.t indicates there were problems running kwalitee tests on windows -- what were these problems? Please could you report the issue to the appropriate distribution's queue (most likely Test-Kwalitee or Module-CPANTS-Analyse)?

Also, referencing this ticket number from within the file itself will help correlate the issue and ensure that it can be found again later (e.g. to monitor the ticket's progress, and update the file when the ticket is fixed).

It looks like this a problem only with one of my primary Windows 7 64-bit box at work. My home Windows 7 64-bit PC does not have a problem with the kwalitee tests. Until I have an opportunity to determine what is causing this problem, I have added code in release-kwalitee.t to skip the test if the SKIP_KWALITEE environment variable is defined. This allows me to continue to work on the module at work, and allows the kwalitee tests to be run on other systems. Reverting back to using the stock Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::Kwalitee is not an option, as I need to work on these modules at work, so I have changed release-kwalitee.t to skip only if
This is an issue with one of my development systems. Added an environment variable to skip this test on that machine.
