Subject: dist.ini is not included in the distribution
If you're generating the distribution with Dist::Zilla, it's polite to include dist.ini with the uploaded distribution, so the build can be reproduced (e.g. for debugging purposes, forking, adoption etc).

I will add it for the next release, I thought since I pointed to my github repository, that would be enough. Is there anywhere that lists a Best Practices for releasing a CPAN module that uses Dist::Zilla?
