Hey there, I maintain the internal cpan mirror, and was updating our installed version of DateTime::TimeZone, using the latest package: Fetching file:///auto/wssteshriv-rtp/CPAN/authors/id/D/DR/DROLSKY/DateTime-TimeZone-1.93.tar.gz ... OK Problem is the following modules are failing to install with the similar error message: "! Couldn't find module or a distribution DateTime::TimeZone::America::Anguilla" UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::America::Anguilla UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::America::Aruba UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::America::Dominica UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::America::Grenada UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::America::Guadeloupe UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::America::Montserrat UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::America::St_Kitts UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::America::St_Lucia UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::America::St_Thomas UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::America::St_Vincent UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::America::Tortola UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::Antarctica::McMurdo UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::Europe::Vaduz UNVERIFIED: DateTime::TimeZone::Pacific::Johnston However, the https://metacpan.org/pod/DateTime::TimeZone::Catalog lists all of them. Am I missing something? This sounds like an error from your internal system. It's not something from the CPAN toolchain, AFAICT. Those zones are no longer in the distro. They have been replaced by newer zones. They're supported as links, meaning that attempting to use one of them causes you to get an equivalent zone with a different name.
