Subject: LWPx::ParanoidAgent should be replaced with LWP::UserAgent::Paranoid
Among other things, LWPx::ParanoidAgent doesn't support IPv6. This causes the tests for Test::OpenID::Server to fail on many systems. Patch at https://github.com/haarg/Test-OpenID-Consumer/commit/35064be934a59fe38fdbdafe267c51002b657365
