Subject: Test suite fails with uselongdouble
See http://fast-matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Geo-Shapelib%200.20;reports=1#sl=0,0 for a fail/pass overview --- the only linux fails are with perls compiled with uselongdouble support (may be recognized by the "-ld" bit in archname).

This was a problem of comparing real numbers. Fixed now in github.
