Subject: Doc is unclear about rootLogger and logger
It is not clear from [doc] (http://search.cpan.org/~mschilli/Log-Log4perl-1.46/lib/Log/Log4perl/Config.pm) that log4perl.logger = FATAL, Database, Mailer log4perl.Rootlogger = FATAL, Database, Mailer are same.
