Depends on non-existent module DDC::XS

DDC::XS does not seem to exist on CPAN. https://metacpan.org/pod/DDC::XS returns a 404 page, and CPAN.pm says: cpan[2]> m DDC::XS No objects of type Module found for argument DDC::XS

DDC::XS is a non-CPAN module available from sourceforge, http://sourceforge.net/projects/ddc-concordance/files/ddc-perl-xs/ the required DDC module is in fact ddc-perl from sourceforge, http://sourceforge.net/projects/ddc-concordance/files/ddc-perl/ unfortunately, there is also an unrelated DDC module on CPAN ( https://metacpan.org/pod/DDC ) which conflicts with the ddc-perl module of the same name. mid-/long-term fix: rename ddc-perl module hierarchy and publish both ddc-perl and ddc-perl-xs to CPAN. short-term fix: add README to the DiaColloDB distribution.
