Subject: CvISXSUB is not available on perls before 5.8.9
Subject leads to the XS portion of Sub::Identify not functioning on perl 5.8.8 and older, leading to Moose and company failing installation. Please use the appropriate Devel::PPPort snippet or add a manual #ifndef. Cheers!
