Subject: Dependency on MIME::Base32 makes Net::DNS not installable on MSWin32
Hi,

Net::DNS v1.x introduced dependency on MIME::Base32.

Unfortunately MIME::Base32 fails to install on MS Windows (I am not talking about failing tests it fails even to build) which means that it is also not possible to install the latest Net::DNS.

I know that it is not a bug in Net::DNS, I just want you to know.

This problem is over 5 years old. Net::DNS already has a workaround for a 10 year old bug. As no attempt has been made to fix even trivial bugs, the prognosis is terminal. The dependency will be removed.
