Tests fail since June 2015 (related to DBD::SQLite?)

Since June 2015 tests fail on most systems, see http://fast-matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=DBIx-Tracer%200.02;reports=1#sl=7,1 I suspect that the failures are caused by a new DBD::SQLite version.
