Subject: Reliance on Data::Validate::Domain and Net::Domain::TLD makes use of effective_tld_names.dat useless
This module says that it "utilizes the "effective_tld_names.dat" provided by Mozilla as a way to effectively reduce a fully qualified domain name down to the absolute root." However because it uses Data::Validate::Domain (which uses Net::Domain::TLD, which hard-codes known tlds) the effective_tld_names.dat can be super up-to-date and this module will still say no, if Net::Domain::TLD is not also up to date). This is a bug.
This is fixed as of 0.11.
