build_requires in META.yml includes Pod::Spell and Text::SpellChecker, Test::YAML::Meta and File::Comments in build_requires, but the relevant tests only run if $RELEASE_TESTING is set. Please change them from build to develop requirements, e.g. by moving the tests from t/ to xt/. Thanks for the report. All this should be fixed in version 2.10 which was just pushed to CPAN. I'm RESOLVing this bug for now - if there's still a problem , please reopen it or file a new one. Regards, -- Shlomi Fish
