When a new ticket is created, it shows "enable recurrence" as unchecked and
unless a special subject is specified, there is no way to determine
that is is even
a reoccurring task and the only way to see or change the frequency is to track
down the original (usually resolved) ticket and modify it.
It would be a lot easier to use if you could see and modify the frequency from
the spawned children of the original template ticket.
