I would report a broken link to: https://metacpan.org/pod/DBD::mysql::INSTALL from the documentation for DBD::mysql : https://metacpan.org/pod/DBD::mysql the link text says: In what follows we first discuss the use of DBD::mysql, because this is what you will need the most. For installation, see the separate document DBD::mysql::INSTALL. when I click on the link DBD::mysql::INSTALL I get error "The resource you requested could not be found." from metacpan.org.

This looks like a metacpan problem, and should probably be reported there. The corresponding page on search.cpan.org <http://search.cpan.org/~capttofu/DBD-mysql-4.032/lib/DBD/mysql.pm> correctly links to the INSTALL.pod document. (Just a guess: INSTALL.pod is pod only without a corresponding .pm, and maybe metacpan allows only links to indexed modules)
