Subject: How is this module different from the existing Config::Any?
This module seems to have the same goal as Config::Any. Ideally the difference from Config::Any should be described in See Also section, to help users decide which module to choose.

Not really because Config::Any get config only from files. Config::From can get config from any source (File and DBIx for moment)
