Instead of as a separate module, perhaps make a patch to 'experimental' instead, e.g.:
use experimental ':all';

I certainly did consider that, but I concluded that the idea is so obvious
that,
if Leon had wanted that feature, he would already have added it.
Besides, "use experimentals;" saves six whole characters of typing. ;-)
