Subject: Dependency Time::Elapse problematic
Time::Elapse seems to be unmaintained and has a lot of fails at CPAN Testers, see http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Time-Elapse+1.2402 Maybe it's better to use instead Time::HiRes (it's a core module) and do the formatting stuff yourself. Or try to take over maintainership of Time::Elapse.
