Hi,
I am not able to install InSilicoSpectro-1.3.24 from CPAN. I am using strawberry Perl on windows 7.
The error I am getting is :
=======> cannot open MANIFEST: No such file or directory at Build.PL line 154.
I Down loaded InSilicoSpectro-1.3.24.tar.gz and I checked and the file MANIFEST is indeed missing.
Could you please advise on how we can work around this issue.
