Subject: CPAN::Config required and non existent
Hello CPAN::SQLite, version 0.210, is failing to install, given it depends on CPAN::Config that, as long as I can understand, does not exist as a module 'per se' In fact, it seems some modules are being required in META that are not listed in Makefile.PL... Thanks

META.json was generated from Dist::Zilla, but Makefile.PL was not -- it looks to have been manually written. I don't see anything in it that precludes the use of [MakeMaker], however, so it would be best to switch to letting Dist::Zilla generate that file too. If there are other things you need to put into Makefile.PL, come talk to us on the distzilla mailing list or irc channel -- we can help. I've released several distributions with extra content in Makefile.PL or other customizations -- it's pretty straightforward to do!
