Subject: Default to MakeMaker
Would you be interested in changing your bundle to defaulting to [MakeMaker] instead of [ModuleBuild]? Module::Build is no longer in core, and there has been a desire in the toolchain group to switch distributions off of it if it's not needed for a particular feature. For Dist::Zilla users, this is very easy by swapping out the plugin.
