I do often upload in batches, after I work offline. App-hr-0.{12,13,14}.tar.gz were uploaded all at once (seconds from each other). I see that the PAUSE indexer report for 0.13 was 2 seconds *later* than the one for 0.14. Both report success, but 0.14's index entry was probably overwritten by 0.13's (race problem?) probably before they enter the SQLite database? Anyway, I'm reindexing 0.14 now and will be adding a feature to App::pause to delay at least 2 minutes when uploading releases of the same dist with different versions.
