Subject: GatherFile, or let GatherDir offer a way to add single files
I created Dist::Zilla::Plugin::AddFile::FromFS to add single files to build. ETHER pointed out that we already have GatherDir, but it currently does not offer a way to add single files (there are only options to exclude files).
