Dear Sir,
We tried using Bio::PDB::Structure to find centroid but couldnt able to get
it. We could able to print the PDB file and size option is working in
Bio::PDB::Structure module, for rest of the options we are getting error as
below when written to a variable.
Bio::PDB::Structure::Atom=HASH(0x1f3a9b8)
Bio::PDB::Structure::Molecule=ARRAY(0x26531c0)
Please do the needful help. Thanks for your time and expecting your kind
