We are using the certs from Mozilla. Which are missing? Likely you are using a version of OpenSSL that misinterprets the certificate chain the server is sending.

Two releases have been made since this comment that lacks detailed information on which CA is missing.
Closing now as the issue is probably no longer relevant.
