Subject: The 'Changes' file should be readable by humans
In its current state the 'Changes' (as well as message on P5P) seems to be purely machine generated, and and is very hard to read for humans.

The human readership should be the primary target for the format and the content of this file. Machines can already read the Git log and this format does not bring anything to them anyway.
