Subject: use dzil's PPI cache
Dist::Zilla has a cache for PPI documents that is populated by some other plugins such as [AutoPrereqs]. See Dist::Zilla::Role::PPI.

As [MinimumPerl] doesn't use this cache, every Perl file will be parsed by PPI at least twice when both [AutoPrereqs] and  [MinimumPerl] are used.
