Subject: Uses non-existent CPAN module Text::Multi
One of WWW-StaticBlog's prereqs is Text::Multi, but it does not seem to exist (anymore?) on CPAN. https://metacpan.org/pod/Text::Multi shows a 404 page, and trying to install Text::Multi with CPAN.pm yields the following error message: Running install for module 'Text::Multi' The module Text::Multi isn't available on CPAN. Either the module has not yet been uploaded to CPAN, or it is temporary unavailable. Please contact the author to find out more about the status. Try 'i Text::Multi'.
