Building Data::Sah in a fresh perl installation is not possible: ---- PERLANCAR/Data-Sah-0.62.tar.gz ---- Data::Clean::JSON [requires] Running test for module 'Data::Clean::JSON' The module Data::Clean::JSON isn't available on CPAN. Either the module has not yet been uploaded to CPAN, or it is temporary unavailable. Please contact the author to find out more about the status. Try 'i Data::Clean::JSON'. An extra check in the CPAN shell (after running "reload index"): cpan[2]> m Data::Clean::JSON No objects of type Module found for argument Data::Clean::JSON And metacpan also does not know anything about it: https://metacpan.org/pod/Data::Clean::JSON -> 404 page.
