Subject: Missing file in tarball?
The 0.07 test suite fails for all perl/OS combinations. See http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/ccd73fb8-09e6-11e5-8efb-2185f292232d for a sample fail report. It seems that a symlink is missing in the tarball.
