PAUSE reports database error when indexing: Status: Database error ====================== module : lib::filter version: undef in file: lib-filter-0.03/lib/lib/filter.pm status : The PAUSE indexer could not store the indexing result in the DB due the following error: C< Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction >. Please report the case to the PAUSE admins at modules@perl.org. This has happened before when I upload several releases in succession (e.g. 8-10 releases at a time) using a script. I'm issuing a reindex.
