Subject: old META.yml type
Please upgrade ExtUtils::MakeMaker and release new version. Old versions of ExtUtils::MakeMaker cannot use new fields like 'repository' or 'LICENSE'. And your META.yml has no 'version' field. -- Alexandr Ciornii, http://chorny.net

I believe most if not all of these issues are resolved as of release 1.10; also release 1.26 updates the 'repository' option.
