Im on Rt 4.25
Postgres is Utf 8.
Scientific linux is utf 8
Ive added charset utf 8 to apache conf.
and even though the import logs say something like :
User AI already exists as 31, updating their data
Found existing user AI to update
RT Field RT Value -> LDAP Value
EmailAddress unchanged => email@here.pt
Name unchanged => AI
Organization unchanged => CTI
RealName unchanged => António Manuel Inês Pereira da Silva
WorkPhone unchanged => 12345678
When i inspect the real name in the imported ldap group members I get
António Manuel Inês Pereira da Silva
Its obviously not correct .
