We make use of FormTools to create custom forms to update tickets. Thus, it'd be nice to have FormTools support UpdateContent. I don't know if RT still needs to distinguish between the Content for ticket creation and UpdateContent for ticket update, so if was possible to refactor ticket update to use Content, perhaps FormTools wouldn't need much of a change to support this request.
