Subject: CGI.pm not declared as a dependency
CGI.pm is not anymore in the perl core libraries for newer perls and therefore has to be declared as a PREREQ_PM.

I knew eventually hacking on CGI.pm like that would come back to bite me. I didn't predict it getting removed from core, but I figured eventually someone would clean up the autoload horror in there. -- If riding in an airplane is flying, then riding in a boat is swimming. 116 jumps, 48.6 minutes of freefall, 92.9 freefall miles.
