Test failure on current version of Parse::Syslog::Line

It looks like the failures seen on CPANTS, such as, http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/e1b7b75c-b167-11e2-876a-bf16c1508286 are caused by a behaviour change in Parse::Syslog::Line. Dave

Looking at http://analysis.cpantesters.org/reports_by_field?SUBMIT_xxx=Submit&distv=Message-Passing-Syslog-0.011&field=qr%3A%28skip%28%3F%3Aping+|ped%3A+|+test%29.*%29&field=mod%3AParse%3A%3ASyslog%3A%3ALine it seems that the test suite always failed if Net::Syslog is installed, regardless of the Parse::Syslog::Line version.
