Subject: Test suite fails with perl 5.17.6 and newer (hash randomization?)
http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Devel-Leak-Cb%200.04 shows that tests are randomly failing for perl 5.17.6 and newer. This indicates that the test suite has a problem with hash randomization in these perl versions.

Another data point: tests pass with $ENV{PERL_HASH_SEED}=0.
