In Graph-Maker 0.02, file META.yml in the zip has
name: Module-Starter
version: 1.470
abstract: a simple starter kit for any module
where I expected it to say Graph-Maker something. I think that file is
generated automatically by MakeMaker on "make dist" or "make distdir" so
perhaps that needs a re-run.
I struck this with debian dh-make-perl which uses META.yml for the
package name and version.
