Subject: Doesn't have DESCRIPTION section in doc, SEEALSO should be SEE ALSO
The documentation doesn't have a DESCRPTION section. This means that MetaCPAN doesn't display a summary of the module. If you add a section =head1 DESCRIPTION This module provides an OO interface to the Weather Underground API. Blah blah blah Then (the start of) the first paragraph will be displayed by MetaCPAN as a summary of the module. The SEEALSO section should be "SEE ALSO"
