Trying to update the Pod-Simple in blead and this issue causes one of the Pod-HTML tests to fail due to the warnings. Applying the patch fixes the test.

This is causing my dist's tests to fail, because prove enables warnings globally, and I'm checking for warnings in my tests. Can this trial version be released as stable?
