Subject: User documentation is not complete: how to build rpm?
Current documentation is not complete. I followed the synopsis https://metacpan.org/pod/Dist::Zilla::Plugin::RPM and added [RPM] section to my dist.ini file. I noticed the new 'mkrpmspec' command is appeared in dzil's help message. The command works, I was able to create dzil.spec file from my template successfully. But it is not clear: how to build rpm? Later I found that 'dzil release' command builds rpm. It would be nice to mention it in the documentation.
