I have installed Strawberry Perl 5.20 (64 bits portable and no portable) on Win8, Windows 2008...
When I use Net::NTP, it failed with this message : send: Cannot determine peer address at E:/Strawberry/perl/site/lib/Net/NTP.pm line 163.
On ActivePerl, the same module Net::NTP 1.4 works.
