It would be nice if Exception::Class::Base->throw() could pass along a
skip_frames argument to Devel::StackTrace, like it already does with
ignore_package and ignore_class.
(I encountered this need when I wanted to exclude the caller itself from
the stack trace, but not the whole package. Nothing I couldn't do by
manipulating the stack myself, but a simple argument would have been
nicer. <g>)
