Subject: Fails often when Perl::Critic is installed
It is easy to have a Perl::Critic installation that fails harmless looking tests. Sample fail report: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/53013516 Maybe consider to make Perl::Critic test an author test, it may make a user install fail unnecessarily. This issue is caused when the user has Perl::Critic::OTRS installed. A fix has been submitted in https://github.com/hakamadare/webservice-pushover/pull/23.
