Subject: duplicate reports are re-sent
similar to #102980 -- identical reports can be sent twice -- just run cpanm-reporter twice in succession, and the same build.log will be processed again. Saving a checksum for each sent report can prevent this.

Thanks for the report! cpanm-repoter 0.13 now records submission history and skips all duplicates (unless you force it with --skip-history).
