Due to changes in the RT web interface RT-Extension-WatchedQueues-0.03
does not integrate properly in RT4. In my case this is RT 4.0.7 packaged
for Debian wheezy (perl 5.13.2). Attached is a patch that updates this
extension for RT4 (4.0 at least).
