Subject: contains files which should only exist for the user
The uploaded tarball contains MYMETA.json and MYMETA.yml. These files are generated specific to the local user conditions, and should never be included in the upload. You can easily avoid this situation by adding '#!include_default' to your MANIFEST.SKIP.
